I stumbled across this in my random web surfing today.
Karen Hanrahan says that this is a McDonald’s burger from 1996. 12 fricking years ago. Nothing was done to preserve it, it just… is. Like the McDonald’s fries featured in Super Size Me. I remember thinking to myself as I watched that, those aren’t fries, that’s cardboard!!
No wonder the only time I really threw up during this pregnancy was after I had eaten McGriddles for breakfast. My baby did NOT want the preservative-laden food/chemical thing in its system.
